In Barbarossa Restaurant all ingredients are carefully selected and controlled, produced in traditional or organic farms (where crops are cultivated without chemicals). Meat is from Tinos Island,
fresh fish and sea food are from Myconian Sea, all vegetables and fruits are organic, and everything is served with pure Cretan olive oil. Local Myconian delicacies
will offer you a fine dining experience.
